The high rate of unemployment in Nigeria have led many unemployed youths into abject poverty, armed robbery, prostitution, kidnapping and other social vices.
AHF from inception have been committed to empowering youths to be self-reliant through organizing skill acquisition programs for the unemployed Youths in order to equip them with the knowledge of various skills thereby empowering them to be self-reliant.
Such skill acquisition includes paint making, driving, bead making, website design and hosting, computer repairs, desktop publishing, baking, fishery, snail rearing, fishery, perfume making, tailoring, barbing, hair dressing, interior decoration, etc.
After each skill acquisition training, they are empowered financially but based on funds available.
